My return was refused. Why is that?

The return period is 14 calendar days from when we deliver the package. Before this period expires, you must notify us your intention to return the order (it is mandatory to inform us about this intention). From the day you advise us, you have 14 calendar days to send us the merchandise. If you exceed this deadline, your return will be out of time and will be denied.

On the other hand, if the products you want to return do not meet the requirements to be returned, the return may also be denied.
